Faith Youth Ministry

Life has a purpose and we have a responsibility to help our youth REACH, CONNECT, GROW, SERVE, and HONOR God in their lives. This is accomplished by focusing on helping the students understand that we are created in God’s image and we have the opportunity to share God’s love with the world; focusing on understanding the basic need that people have to be deeply connected with others in significant relationships; focusing on the truth that we were created to know God and grow spiritually by spending time with God; exploring the reality that God’s unique design provides us with the privilege to serve others; and focusing on the truth that God rested on the seventh day to show us the importance of taking time to stop the busyness of life and focus on what’s important.

Confirmation Class to start Sunday, August 20 at 9:30 am

As everyone's preparing for the start of the new school year, here at Faith we're getting ready for this year's Confirmation class. Confirmation is the means by which youth are invited and accepted into full membership in the Faith UMC congregation, The United Methodist Church, and the Church universal.

Our class is open to students in 7th grade and up, and will run from August 20 to Pentecost Sunday, May 20. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the core truths of the Christian faith, to study Methodism and its history, and to spend time reflecting on their own relationship with and understanding of God.

Students can sign up for Confirmation by clicking HERE. If you have any questions about this year's Confirmation class, please contact Pastors Harry and Trey.

Moms Aiming Toward Teen  Success

MATTS is a ministry for moms of teens that meet monthly at various locations in our community. Join us for laughter, support, encouragement, and spiritual nourishment as we try to understand what it's like to parent a teen!

If you have a tween or teen and would like to meet other moms that may be dealing with the same issues, please join us for lunch as we fellowship with each other!!! Feel free to bring a friend of a tween or teen as well. The more the merrier. If you have any questions about MATTS, please email Stephanie Provo.
