Scripture: Hebrews 8:6-13
Lead Pastor, Rev. Harry Vein, Preaching
We live in a world where 'pointing fingers' happens all the time! And as much as pointing fingers drives me insane, I go even crazier when it is accompanied with the pronouns of "them" or "those" people.
When it comes to our faith, we hear something so radically different from God. God includes us. There's that word: us. God wants us to know that we have a place and a purpose. And more of the beauty of God is that God backs up those words with actions. In fact, when God came to us in flesh, Christ took all of the necessary steps to tear down any walls that might separate us in order to bring us together.
This Sunday, as we continue in our Lenten series on A Season of Promise, we invite you to join us as for a message about "The Promise of Us". It is a promise that God wants us to live into fully each and every day. As we do, we will rejoice in the us-ness that God has extended to each of us.
Join us as we seek to "live a life that pleases God" (2 Peter 1:3) as we live into "The Promise of Us".
See you Sunday!
