Preschool Director at Faith Kids Preschool in Spring, Texas

Faith Kids Preschool is seeking an exceptional leader with a passion for Christian education to guide our thriving program. Located in the heart of the rapidly growing north Houston area, including Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe, our preschool is committed to nurturing young children in a Christ-centered, hands-on learning environment where each child can know, celebrate, and share God’s love.


We’re looking for a visionary Preschool Director who will elevate Faith Kids’ reputation as a premier Christian educational institution while managing daily operations with excellence.


About the Role

As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, staff, curriculum, and community engagement of Faith Kids Preschool. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management to ensure that our preschool provides a safe, enriching, and faith-based educational experience for approximately 250 students.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of 30+ teachers and staff.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with school policies and Texas state licensing standards.

• Develop and implement a robust, age-appropriate Christian curriculum for children ages 2–5.

• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and board members to foster transparency and collaboration.

• Manage the preschool’s budget, including preparation for board review and approval.

• Maintain financial stability through timely collection of tuition and other fees.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including state-mandated measures.

• Cultivate and maintain a positive reputation within the community as a nurturing and faith-centered preschool.

• Partner with the Board of Directors to develop and execute a strategic growth plan.


Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.

• Licensed as a Director of a childcare center by the Texas Health and Human


Services Commission

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in budget management.

• A deep passion for teaching and promoting a Christian-based curriculum.

• A commitment to modeling Christian faith through actions and words.
